Suburban Madness

Carnival turns the normality upside down – but how does it work with those who are considered to be not normal? In Rio de Janeiro the patients of the towns largest mental institution pass through the streets of the suburbian neihgbourhood, where it is located. As a part of the therapy, the „Suburban Madness“ form their own bloco, with a samba written by a patient, and a lot of fun.
